‣ Our standard rental period durations are 2, 3, or 4 days. Please adjust the rental period so that the last day showing on the calendar is a working day (e.g. you've selected a 3 day rental but the last day is showing as a Sunday, change to a 4 day rental so the last day becomes a Monday).

‣ 14 Day Extended Rental - perfect for a holiday! Please select the date you are traveling.

‣ All orders are shipped using New Zealand Post's Overnight Courier service. We aim to have your garment delivered 1-3 days prior to your selected event date, depending on availability & time of booking.

‣ To ensure on time delivery, all orders must be placed at least three full working days prior to your selected event date. For weekend events, the weekly cut off is Tuesday 9pm.

‣ Any orders placed outside of the above timeframes are considered late and are at risk of not arriving in time.

‣ Do not wash your garment prior to returning; cleaning is organised by us.

‣ Accidents happen! Please notify us prior to returning if any damages occurred during your rental period.
