SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using New Zealand Post's Overnight Courier Service.

Our orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and will be dispatched 2-5 days prior to your selected date depending on availability and time of booking. We aim to have your order delivered 1-3 days prior to your event.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Please check your junk/spam folder prior to contacting us as sometimes these emails end up there!

★ Return Shipping (Auckland): $13.00 NZD

★ Return Shipping NZ Wide: $19.00 NZD

★ Return Shipping NZ Wide (RURAL): $25.00 NZD

★ Saturday Delivery (Orders for the same weekend placed after Tuesday 9pm): $22.00 NZD

* Please note: Saturday Delivery does not guarantee on time arrival; these orders are placed at your own risk. To ensure on time delivery, please place orders for the same weekend before Wednesday at 1pm.

Saturday delivery is not available for rural addresses.

RETURNS

On the last day of your rental period, using the courier bag provided by us, please return our garment to your nearest NZ Post counter by 4pm. If this falls on the weekend/a public holiday, please return the next working day.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once your order has been dispatched and within the New Zealand Post network, Renting With Elle is no longer responsible for any shipping delays that may occur.

If you have supplied an incorrect address or selected the incorrect shipping option, you will not be entitled to a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate.
